Synthwave Racer privacy policy
Synthwave Racer does not collect personal data. We have no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking, and the game sends nothing to us.
Stored only on your device
Your settings, best times, saved ghost laps, chosen craft, paint and driver, music choices and any music you import are saved on your device. They stay there and are deleted when you delete the app.
Hand and head tracking
On Apple Vision Pro, with your permission, the game reads your hand positions to steer and your head position to place the cockpit around you. visionOS provides this data while you play. The game uses it at that moment and does not store it, record it or send it anywhere.
Motion sensors on iPhone
If you choose tilt steering, the game reads your iPhone's motion sensors to turn the craft. It uses the reading at that moment and does not store it, record it or send it anywhere.
Game Center
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, your lap times go to Game Center leaderboards. In online races, Game Center sends your racer's position, speed, craft and colour to the other players in that race. Other players see your Game Center nickname. Apple runs Game Center under the Apple Privacy Policy, and we don't receive your Game Center account details.
Purchases
Apple handles all payments for Synthwave Racer Pro and for tips. We never see your payment details. The game checks your purchase with Apple on your device.
Children
The game collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever changes how it handles data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change ships.
